Chai Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

8 teaspoons black tea
8 whole cloves1/2 pint condensed milk1/4 tsp ground cardamom1/2 tsp ground gingerSweetner (my favorite is brown or raw sugar - honey is good too, but dont cook it, add it at the end)

PREPARATION:


Steep 8 teaspoons of black tea in 4 cups of hot water, for 5 minutes.
Strain out tea leaves, and add cloves, cardamom and ginger.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add milk and sweeten.
Serve in small tea glasses or cups.
Serves 8
